!LoadLayout didn't exist when this feature was created/usedNot sure about what this feature is supposed to do, but my guess is that it's probably something related to the ability to alternatvely use Rainmeter as a portable application - at least that's how it looks like.
I used it in another skin I made but the thing I'm working on requires more than that, I just have to nuke my Uni to finish it faster.P.S. I'm sure you know it already, but if you need an alternative way to find whether a skin is active, you can use ConfigActive too, you don't have to rely exclusively on parsing the "Rainmeter.ini" file.
