Wow! I'm only just starting to get into how formulas work and can be used. I noticed I could change the alpha of a colour using a Variable. Smurfiers idea is a great enhancement of that. I may stick to that for now so I can learn from it if I should wish to adapt it. Thanks for those bits of code. I will save yours with a link here for future reference. Brilliant!
