The difference is that your Documents folder isn't on the C: drive at all. It's been set to the "cloud" in your OneDrive remote folder.

There may be a way to effectively measure real-time the size and status of your OneDrive storage, I'm not sure. I don't use it. But for sure, you won't be able to measure it with FreeDiskSpace in Rainmeter. It's not a physical drive.
